Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a SALES representative. Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Self-motivated
Able to learn computer functions
Property and Casualty and Life/Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
